Information we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide — name, company, email, phone and your message. When you browse the site we collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

If you apply to drive for us

The Careers form collects the details you enter and, if you choose to attach one, your resume. That is employment information, and we treat it accordingly: uploaded files are stored on this website with direct web access blocked, and are reachable only by staff signed in to the site. Attaching a resume is optional — you can make an inquiry without one and send it later.

An inquiry through this form is not a formal employment application. If we take things further, the full application and any DOT, MVR or background checks are handled separately from this website and we will tell you what that involves before it starts.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, quote and deliver the services you ask for, consider you for work you have applied for, send communications related to that, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & analytics

Our site uses cookies and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it, and to keep it secure. Google Analytics sets cookies that record pages viewed and approximate location; it does not tell us who you are. You can disable cookies in your browser, or install Google’s opt-out add-on, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.

Form submissions

Messages and applications sent through our forms are stored in this website’s database as well as emailed to us, so that nothing is lost if email delivery fails. We keep them only as long as needed to answer you, to consider your application, and to maintain a record of the work — and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Sharing

We share information only with the vendors and service providers who help us operate — for example hosting, email and form processing — and only as needed to deliver our services, or where required by law. Where a move is carried out by one of our divisions, your details are shared across The Espie Service Group, DTS and WDS as needed to do the job.

Data security & retention

We protect your information with appropriate technical and organisational measures, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@espiegroup.com.
